Fern
Meet Fern – Owner & Salon Manager & Beauty Therapist
Fern is the owner and manager of the salon, bringing over 10 years of experience and expertise within the beauty industry. She achieved her HND in Beauty Therapy from Dundee Kingsway College in 2014 and has continually expanded her qualifications throughout her career to offer clients the latest treatments and techniques.
Her professional training includes CND Shellac (2012), St Tropez Spray Tanning (2013), Lycon Intimate Waxing (2014), Luxury Dermaplaning (2018), Henna Brows (2020), and Browjam and Browjam TVT Brows (2021). Her commitment to ongoing professional development ensures she remains at the forefront of the beauty industry, continuously enhancing her skills and knowledge to provide the highest standard of treatments.
Fern is passionate about delivering exceptional customer care, maintaining professionalism, and promoting education within the beauty industry. These values are at the heart of the salon and are reflected throughout the entire team.
Known for her friendly, warm, and approachable nature, Fern takes pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for every client. She enjoys building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients and is dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure everyone who visits the salon enjoys a positive and memorable experience.
Georgia
Meet Georgia – Beauty Therapist
Georgia joined the Pallas Beauty team in October 2018 and has been a valued member of the salon ever since. After completing her HND Beauty Therapy Diploma at Dundee Kingsway College, she graduated in April 2020 and quickly established herself as a skilled, dedicated, and passionate beauty therapist.
Known for her attention to detail and perfectionist approach, Georgia takes great pride in delivering exceptional treatments and ensuring every client receives the highest standard of care. Her friendly, bubbly, and outgoing personality helps clients feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment they arrive, and her warm, approachable nature allows her to build strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Having trained and worked closely alongside Fern since joining the salon, Georgia has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise across a wide range of beauty treatments. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure her clients have a positive and enjoyable experience.
Georgia particularly enjoys seeing the results her treatments achieve and takes great satisfaction in helping clients look and feel their best. Qualified to carry out the full range of services offered at Pallas Beauty, she remains committed to further developing her skills and expanding her expertise through ongoing training and professional development.
Wendy
Meet Wendy – Beauty Therapist
Wendy joined the Pallas Beauty team in 2022 and, after taking a short break from the industry, has returned to the salon on a part-time basis, where she continues to thrive and grow in her role.
Having completed a variety of specialist training courses, including Lash Extensions, Nail Services, and Basic Facial Treatments, Wendy brings a wealth of practical knowledge and enthusiasm to the salon. She is known for her giggly, warm, friendly, and welcoming personality, as well as her meticulous attention to detail. Dedicated to delivering exceptional service, Wendy takes great pride in ensuring every client receives the highest standard of care and leaves feeling their very best.
Wendy currently specialises in Shellac and BIAB nails, including both manicures and pedicures, as well as spray tanning, children’s treatments, selected facial treatments, lash extensions, lash tinting, underarm waxing, lip and chin waxing, and ear candling. Her passion for the beauty industry and commitment to professional development continue to drive her forward as she expands her skills and knowledge across a wider range of treatments.
As Wendy works towards becoming a fully qualified full-time Beauty Therapist, she remains eager to learn, develop, and enhance the services she offers to clients. We are delighted to support her on this journey and look forward to seeing her continued growth and success as part of the Pallas Beauty team.
Lacey
Meet Lacey – Salon Assistant
Lacey is the newest and youngest member of the Pallas Beauty team, joining us in April 2024 as our Saturday/Thursday Salon Assistant. From supporting our therapists during treatments to welcoming clients at reception, she plays an important role in ensuring the salon runs smoothly and that every client enjoys a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
With her warm, friendly, and approachable personality, Lacey has quickly become a favourite among both clients and team members. She enjoys meeting and chatting with clients and is always ready with a welcoming smile, helping to create the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that Pallas Beauty is known for.
Since joining the salon, Lacey has flourished in her role and become a valued member of the team. As a result of her dedication and enthusiasm, she has recently expanded her working hours to include Thursday evenings alongside her Saturday position.
Although she is currently still at school, Lacey has a strong passion for the beauty industry and hopes to pursue a career in Beauty Therapy after completing her education. Gaining hands-on experience within the salon is providing her with invaluable knowledge and confidence as she works towards achieving her future goals.
