Important Client Information
Cancellation Policy
Clients are charged a 50% fee for late cancellations under 48 hours notice. No shows there will be a full treatment cost cover charge.
Arrival
On arrival, please note that late arrival will impact on your treatment time, whilst we will endeavour to perform the full treatment, in some cases we may have to reduce the treatment accordingly. Please aim to arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
Patch Tests
Patch tests are required for certain treatments for all new clients 24 - 48 hours prior to treatment being carried out.
Mobile Phones
We ask kindly throughout relaxing treatments, your phone to be on silent mode.
Gift Vouchers
An ideal gift for any occasion! To be used within 6 months of purchase. Available to buy in the salon or online on our website, ideal to be sent out via 1st class post. Please bring along voucher with you to your appointment, failure to do so, can result in full charge for your treatment.
Age Requirement & Child Policy
All clients under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult for the full duration of appointment, and certain treatments we may need parental consent. We are child friendly in the salon, although certain treatments we would advise not to bring along children due to the duration of certain treatments & relaxation treatments. We require parents/guardians to ensure children are in the appropriate manner within the salon surroundings.
Animals
We are animal friendly here at the salon!
Deposits
Treatments above £50 a 20% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24-48 hours or a no show. You can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to make your appointment or want to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid any fees. These deposits can also be paid via PayPal using the email fernneilson@pallasbeauty.co.uk, or bank details provided or paid in the salon - ask salon for more information.
Refunds
We have a no refund policy. We have our own policy in place for the most unforeseen circumstances of needing a refund. Clients are advised to speak to the manager.

We accept all major debit & credit cards, as well as cash and American Express.
Wi-fi
Pallas Beauty are please to provide free password protected wi-fi to all clients whilst their visit at the salon.
Relax, Refresh, Revive
Whilst you are waiting on appointments or throughout certain treatments, don't be shy to ask for a chilled water or a complimentary hot beverage, option to enjoy our Vegan Lotus biscuits.
